基于白车身轻量化系数提升的优化设计方法

摘要 本论文通过解读车身轻量化设计的概念及白车身轻量化系数的评价标准,从降低白车身质量及提高白车身扭转刚度两个维度论述了优化提升白车身轻量化系数的方法。首先,主要通过提高高强钢应用比例、部分零件选用铝材或非金属材料、断面设计优化、TRB(轧制差厚板)/TWB(激光拼焊板)应用、热气胀成型及车身集成化设计降低白车身质量;然后,通过断面系数优化、接头设计、结构胶应用等措施提升白车身扭转刚度。 By interpreting the concept of car body lightweight design and the evaluation criteria for BIW lightweight factor,this paper discusses the methods to optimize the lightweight factor of BIW in two dimensions:by reducing the weight of BIW and increasing the torsion stiffness of BIW.Firstly,by increasing the ratio of usage of high-strength steel,replacing some steel parts by aluminum or non-metal materials parts,section design optimization,application of TRB/TWB and STAF(Steel Tube Airforming),car body integrated design,through which the weight of BIW could be reduced.Secondly,the torsion stiffness of BIW could be improved by some measures such as means of section&joint design optimization and application of structural adhesive.
