欧美重型车二氧化碳法规研究及对我国的建议

Research on the CO_(2)Emission Regulations for Heavy-Duty Vehicles in EU and USA and Suggestions for China

为降低重型商用车能耗和二氧化碳排放,中国、欧盟、美国等全球主流国家均制定了重型商用车燃料消耗量/二氧化碳排放标准法规。随着全球气候变化的影响和汽车产业的发展,各国标准法规管理的目标也在不断调整。近期欧盟、美国相继发布了新版重型商用车二氧化碳排放法规。本文对欧美法规及其调整方向进行了研究,并开展了中欧美重型商用车燃料消耗量标准法规比较,在此基础上对我国下阶段标准的制定提出了建议。

In order to reduce the energy consumption and CO_(2)emissions of heavy-duty vehicles,China,the European Union,the United States and other mainstream countries around the world have issued fuel consumption/CO_(2)emission standards and regulations for heavy-duty vehicles.With the impact of global climate change and the development of the automotive industry,the objectives of the standards and regulations administered in various countries are constantly adjusted.Recently the European Union and the United States have issued new versions of CO_(2)emission regulations for heavy-duty vehicles.This paper studies European and American regulations and their adjustment directions,and carries out a comparison of Chinese,European and American fuel consumption standards and regulations for heavyduty vehicles.On this basis,suggestions are made for the next stage of standard in China.
