摘要
为了研究正面碰撞试验速度由50 km/h增加到56 km/h后的车辆乘员伤害情况,对同一车型采用相同的试验配置开展实车碰撞试验,驾驶员胸部、第二排女性乘员头部和颈部、第二排儿童乘员头部颈部胸部的伤害增加至接近或者超过低性能限值,这些部位的伤害增加明显。因此,试验速度由50 km/h增加到56 km/h,应改进车辆前端结构,使前端吸收更多的车辆动能,使得车身加速度减小,同时优化约束系统,减小乘员承受到的外力,更好地保护车内乘员。
In order to study the frontal impact test speed increased from 50 km/h to 56 km/h vehicle occupant injury,the same vehicle model with the same test configuration are carried out the impact test,the driver's chest,the second row of female's head and neck,the second row of child's head,neck and chest injury increased to close to or exceeded the low performance limit value.Therefore,when the test speed is increased from 50 km/h to 56 km/h,the front-end structure of the vehicle should be improved so that the front-end absorbs more kinetic energy from the vehicle and the vehicle acceleration is reduced,and at the same time,the restraint system is optimized so that the external force suffered by the occupants is reduced and the vehicle occupants are better protected.
