摘要
本文以某款纯电动自卸重卡为试验研究对象,试验基于整车CHTC-D循环工况的使用场景来测试不同环境温度下的整车续驶里程及能量消耗量。同时采用整车能量流分析方法对常温、高温、低温环境下的整车能耗分布及能耗占比进行分析研究,以揭示不同环境温度下该车能量流的分布差异及关键部件的能耗效率特性。为后续整车能耗性能优化和续驶里程提升提供了依据及参考。
This paper takes a pure electric dump truck as the experimental research object,and tests the endurance mileage and energy consumption of the vehicle under different ambient temperatures based on the use scenario of the vehicle CHTC-D cycle.At the same time,the energy flow analysis method of the vehicle was used to analyze the energy flow distribution and energy consumption ratio of the vehicle under normal temperature,high temperature and low temperature,so as to reveal the energy flow distribution difference of the vehicle under different ambient temperatures and the energy efficiency characteristics of the key components.It provides the basis and reference for the optimization of vehicle energy consumption performance and the improvement of driving range.
