摘要
在页岩气开采过程中,井下管柱、地面管线设备的腐蚀问题不断出现,影响页岩气的正常生产。介绍了试采期间对某页岩气区块气井管柱的腐蚀完整性管理做法,阐述了油管壁厚减薄检测、油管腐蚀失效分析以及腐蚀控制措施的效果验证等实施情况。结果表明:油管腐蚀失效主要是微生物腐蚀导致,通过监测水中的细菌数量,及时添加杀菌剂等腐蚀控制措施可以有效控制微生物对油管的腐蚀。
With the continuous exploitation of shale gas,the corrosion of down hole string,pipes and equipment in the ground occurs frequently,which has seriously affected the normal production of shale gas.This paper describes in detail the experience of corrosion integrity management of downhole tubing string during pre-production phase in a shale gas field,including the tubing wall thickness detection,failure analysis of tubing and validation of corrosion control measures.The results show that the corrosion failure of tubing in shale gas well was mainly caused by microbiological corrosion,and it can be effectively control by monitoring the number of bacteria in the water and adding bactericide in time.
