摘要
虚拟电厂能量调度过程中,忽略储能出力的不确定性,使得调度后负荷功率峰谷差值明显。因此,提出5G基站储能技术在虚拟电厂能量调度中的应用。以系统日运行成本最小为目标,建立虚拟电厂能量调度目标模型,根据5G基站储能调度流程,建立电网功率约束,对储能出力进行确定性调节;利用列和约束生成法对调度模型进行求解,得到虚拟电厂能量调度策略。实验结果表明,将5G基站储能技术应用于虚拟电厂能量调度中,能够有效削峰填谷,可达到良好的调度效果。
In the process of energy dispatching of virtual power plant,the uncertainty of energy storage output is ignored,which makes the peak valley difference of load power obvious after dispatching.Therefore,the application of 5G base station energy storage tech-nology in virtual power plant energy dispatching is proposed.With the goal of minimizing the daily operation cost of the system,the objective model of virtual power plant energy dispatching is established.According to the 5G base station energy storage dis-patching process,the grid power constraint is established,and the energy storage output is adjusted deterministically.The schedul-ing model is solved by using the column sum constraint generation method,and the virtual power plant energy scheduling strate-gy is obtained.The experimental results show that the application of 5G base station energy storage technology in virtual power plant energy scheduling can effectively cut peak and fill valley,and achieve good scheduling results.
