气相法/沉淀法白炭黑填充氟橡胶性能研究

摘要 研究了在不同炭黑用量下,使用气相法白炭黑和沉淀法白炭黑填充氟橡胶对其常温、高温拉伸性能以及压缩永久变形性能的影响。结果表明:常温下添加气相法白炭黑的胶料与沉淀法白炭黑的胶料拉伸强度相当,而气相法白炭黑胶料具有更高的定伸应力、拉断伸长率及撕裂强度;高温下,相比添加沉淀法白炭黑的胶料,添加气相法白炭黑的胶料具有更高的拉伸强度、定伸应力、拉断伸长率及撕裂强度及压缩应力。在100℃和200℃下,沉淀法白炭黑胶料的压缩永久变形好于气相法白炭黑胶料。 The effects of fumed silica and precipitated silica on tensile properties and compression set at room temperature and high temperature of fluoroelastomer were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength of the compound with fumed silica was comparable to that of precipitated silica at room temperature,while the fumed silica compound had higher modulus,elongation at break and tear strength.At high temperatures,the addition of fumed silica led to higher tensile strength,modulus,elongation at break and tear strength than the compound with precipitated silica.At 100℃and 200℃,the compression set of precipitated silica was better than that of fumed silica.
