综述了油茶中皂苷化合物的生物合成、种类和含量变化,分析讨论了皂苷化合物改变肠道菌群组成、改善肠道屏障和增强肠道免等促肠道健康功效。
The review summarized the biosynthesis,types,and content of saponin compounds in Camellia oleifera,analyzed and discussed the effects of saponin compounds on changing the composition of gut microbiota,improving gut barrier function,and enhancing gut immunity to promote gut health.
