摘要
建立了一种多组分气相分离的方法,批量测定植物油中37种脂肪酸和17种反式脂肪酸。植物油试样在碱性条件下与甲醇进行酯交换反应生成脂肪酸甲酯,在色谱柱DB-FastFAME上分离,用配有氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪进行测定,以面积归一法定量。结果表明:该方法检出限定量限均满足国家标准要求。采用该方法测定质控样,其测定结果与给定结果一致,相对标准偏差也均满足要求。该方法操作简单,快速准确,重现性好,适用于批量测定。
A multi-component gas phase separation method was developed for the determination of 37 fatty acids and 17 trans-fatty acids in vegetable oils.Fatty acid methyl ester was obtained from vegetable oil samples by transesterification with methanol under alkaline conditions.The samples were separated on a DB-FastFAME column and determined by gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector.The results show that the detection limits of the method meet the requirements of national standards.Using this method to measure the quality control samples,the measured results are consistent with the given results,and the relative standard deviation meets the requirements.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,and is suitable for batch determination.
