摘要
数据中心制冷系统采用变频泵技术和自然冷却技术可以有效降低运行时制冷系统能源浪费问题。本文以上海某数据中心为研究对象,利用TRNSYS仿真平台建立其制冷系统能耗模型,基于模型对该数据中心原有定频泵系统、变频泵系统、变频+自然冷却系统进行能耗分析研究。结果表明:变频系统及变频+自然冷却系统能够有效降低该数据中心电能使用效率(PUE),100%负载率时,变频系统下的PUE为1.34;100%负载率时,变频+自然冷却系统下的PUE为1.27。
Frequency conversion technology and natural cooling technology can effectively reduce the energy waste of refrigeration system of data center.A data center in Shanghai is taken as the research object and this paper uses TRNSYS simulation platform to establish the energy consumption model of its refrigeration system to analyze the energy consumption of the original fixed-frequency pump system,variable frequency pump system and variable frequency+natural cooling system of the data center.The results show that the frequency conversion system and frequency conversion+natural cooling system can effectively reduce the power usage effectiveness(PUE)of the data center.When the load rate is 100%,the PUE of the frequency conversion system is 1.34.When the load rate is 100%,PUE of frequency conversion+natural cooling system is 1.27.
