The development of new quality productive forces in cultural tourism plays a pivotal role in leading the cultural tourism industry towards high-quality development.This article thoroughly reviews existing literature and delves deeply into the contemporary implications of new quality productive forces in cultural tourism,further clarifying the direction of innovation and revealing that the core concept is the harmonious integration of technological innovation and cultural digitalization.It clarifies how the integration of technology and human-centric concepts triggers new consumption to push new production,dedicated to significantly enhancing service quality and production efficiency,thereby better delivering satisfactory experiences to tourists.Additionally,the study employs system theory,synergy theory,and industrial chain theory to systematically interpret the deep integration of the"five chains"-cultural industry chain,data intelligence chain,green finance chain,policy mechanism chain,and innovative talent chain-and elucidates the synergistic forces and driving principles in the development of new quality productive forces in cultural tourism.Lastly,facing the practical challenges in the development of new quality productive forces,the study proposes specific action paths for the empowerment of the"five chains",including advancing the upgrade of the cultural tourism industry chain,enhancing the leap in the smart data chain,improving the quality and efficiency of the green finance chain,expanding the scope and depth of the innovative talent chain,and refining the construction of the policy mechanism chain.This research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidelines for the sustainable and healthy development of new quality productiveforces in cultural tourism.
