“三全育人”视角下校本文化建设的理论意蕴与实践路径研究——以成都工业学院为例

摘要 结合成都工业学院校本文化育人工作实际,对该校“三全育人”的“大思政”格局工作成果进行调研、梳理和分析.从探索高校校本文化引导师生成长成才的新路径出发,在阐释“三全育人”、校本文化建设的理论意蕴基础上,针对目前校本文化课程建设需加强、校本文化宣传阵地知名度需提升等现状和问题,探索将校本文化融入日常教育主渠道和思政教育主阵地的创新方法和实践路径,以期更好地推进高校校本文化提能增效,着力培养时代新人. Combined with the actual school-based cultural education work of Chengdu Institute of Technology,a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the school's work results in building a "big ideological and political" pattern of "three comprehensive education" was conducted.Starting from exploring the new path of school-based culture in colleges and universities to guide teachers and students to grow and become talents,on the basis of explaining the theoretical implication of "Three Comprehensive Education" and school-based cultural construction,and aiming at the current situation and problems such as the need to strengthen the construction of school-based cultural courses and the need to improve the popularity of school-based cultural propaganda positions,this paper explores innovative methods and practice paths to integrate school-based culture into the main channel of daily education and the main position of ideological and political education,so as to better promote the school-based culture of colleges and universities to improve energy and efficiency,and strive to cultivate new talents of the times.
