摘要
教师教育模式对培养教师的质量具有直接影响。教育高质量发展诉求和“教育家精神”的提出推进了教师教育模式变革与创新的进程。培育教师的教学生成能力是小学教师教育模式变革的主要路向。存在主义哲学的方法论、本体论以及交往论是教学生成的哲学视域阐释。教学生成的价值意蕴在于师生心灵的碰撞与契合,唤醒儿童的内在潜能。探索小学教师教学生成能力培育的可能路向,包括建立具有跨学科性与生活价值的教学内容,构建具有自由交往、平等对话的师生关系,显现问题情境,旨在推进小学教师的专业成长,深化小学教师教育理论研究和改革实践,提高小学教育人才培养质量。
The teacher education model has a direct impact on the quality of teacher training.The demand for high-quality development of education and the emergence of the“educator spirit” have promoted the process of reform and innovation in teacher education models.Cultivating teachers' teaching generation ability is the main direction for the transformation of primary school teacher education model.The methodology,ontology,and interactionism of existentialist philosophy are philosophical perspectives that explain the generation of teaching.The value of teaching lies in the collision and integration of the hearts of teachers and students,and the awakening of children's inner potential.It is aimed to explore possible directions for cultivating the teaching generative ability of primary school teachers,including establishing teaching content with interdisciplinary and life value,construct teacher-student relationships with free communication and equal dialogue,reveal problem situations.It is also aimed to promote the professional growth of primary school teachers,deepen theoretical research and reform practices in primary school teacher education,and improve the quality of talent cultivation in primary education.
