摘要
本实验为研究抗氧化纯天然植物口红的制备工艺和最佳配比,采用正交试验设计法确定口红的成分比例,将玫瑰精油与植物油、蜂蜡等材料进行混合制备得到纯天然植物口红产品。以感观检测、抗氧化性、耐热耐寒性为评价指标筛选出最佳方案。口红在颜色上具有良好的稳定性,并具有显著的抗氧化作用,在涂抹时能够均匀延展,且耐热性和耐寒性都较好,均未出现软化和破裂的现象。结果表明,该口红绿色健康、安全无污染,符合大众消费者的审美需求。
In order to study the preparation process and optimal ratio of antioxidant pure natural plant lipstick,the orthogonal experimental design method was used to determine the proportion of lipstick ingredients,and rose essential oil was mixed with vegetable oil,beeswax and other materials to obtain pure natural plant lipstick products.The best scheme was screened out by sensory detection,oxidation resistance,heat resistance and cold resistance.Lipstick had good color stability,and had a significant antioxidant effect,can be evenly extended when applied,and had good heat and cold resistance,and had no softening and cracking phenomenon.The results showed that the lipstick was green,healthy,safe and pollution-free,and met the aesthetic needs of mass consumers.
