摘要
以三苯胺、吩噻嗪和二氰基异佛尔酮为原料,设计合成了一种具有D-D-π-A构型的荧光探针FQ1,借助核磁共振氢谱和质谱对探针的结构进行了表征。利用荧光分光光度计系统地探索了探针FQ1对次氯酸根的识别性能,包括选择性、滴定实验和动力学实验。研究结果表明,探针FQ1对次氯酸根表现出高选择性和高灵敏度,检测限为1.55μM。动力学研究结果表明,加入次氯酸根后,随着时间的增加,探针FQ1的荧光强度逐渐增强,并在120 min后趋于稳定。
A D-D-π-A structural fluorescence probe FQ1 was designed and synthesized by using triphenylamine,phenothiazine and dicyanoisophorone as raw materials.The structure of the probe was characterized by 1 H NMR and MS.The identification performance of probe FQ1 response to ClO^(-)was investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer including selectivity,titration and kinetic experiments.The results demonstrated that probe FQ1 showed high selectivity and sensitivity to ClO^(-)with the detection limit of 1.55μM.Furthermore,the kinetic analysis revealed that the fluorescence intensity of probe FQ1 gradually increased over time upon addition of ClO^(-)until reaching a stable state after 120 min.
