摘要
对磷石膏原料做不同的预处理,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏,通过表征试样的微观晶体形貌、XRD以及宏观抗压强度特性,探索预处理对磷石膏制备α半水石膏的影响。结果表明,利用动态水热法制备α-半水石膏的时候,预处理更加有利于磷石膏制备α半水石膏,且采用碱处理的方式,更加容易制备短柱状的α半水石膏晶体,但是碱性过高,制备出来的α半水石膏水化后的力学性能会有所下降。
Different pre-treatments were applied to the raw materials of phosphogypsum,andα-hemihydrate gypsum was prepared by dynamic hydrothermal method.The effect of pretreatment on the preparation ofα-hemihydrate gypsum from phosphogypsum through the microstructure of the sample,XRD and compressive strength characteristics were explored.The results showed that when using dynamic hydrothermal method to prepareα-hemihydrate gypsum,pretreatment was more conducive to the preparation ofα-hemihydrate gypsum from phosphogypsum,and using alkaline treatment made it easier to prepare short columnarα-hemihydrate gypsum crystals.However,if the alkalinity was too high,the mechanical properties of the preparedα-hemihydrate gypsum after hydration will decrease.
