基于分形理论的RAP分散特性分析

摘要 为解决在热再生混合料生产过程中,受拌和温度、加热温度等因素的影响RAP料分散改变混合料级配的问题,本文采用分形理论的方法,分析RAP加热温度和拌和温度对各档RAP分散特性的影响规律,评价在不同的拌和温度、加热温度下各档RAP的分散程度以及变化规律。结果表明:①在热再生过程中,RAP以颗粒团的存在会造成混合料级配曲线整体下移,尤其是细粒径颗粒与中粒径颗粒含量较设计值有很大程度的降低,导致热再生混合料空隙率增大、水稳定性、耐久性降低;②RAP分散度与粒径规格、生产温度有关;③RAP合成级配分维数分布于RAP级配与矿料级配分维数之间。 In order to solve the problem of mixing temperature,heating temperature and other factors in the production process of thermal regeneration mixture,the RAP material dispersion changing the mixture gradation problem,this paper adopts the method of fractal theory to analyze the influence law of dispersion characteristics of RAP heating temperature and mixing temperature on each RAP,evaluates the dispersion degree and change law of each grade of RAP under different mixing temperature and heating temperature.The results show that:①In the process of thermal regeneration,the presence of RAP with particle clusters will cause the overall gradation curve of the mixture to move downwards,especially the content of fine and medium-sized particles is greatly reduced compared to the design value,leading to increased porosity,water stability,and durability of the thermally recycled mixture;②RAP dispersion is related to particle size specifications and production temperature;③RAP synthetic gradation fractal dimensions are distributed in RAP gradation and fractal dimension of the material grading.
