基于钻孔灌注桩技术的高速公路软土路基加固处理方法

摘要 高速公路在软体路基上施工,存在沉降量过大,影响后续施工质量和施工安全性的问题,引入钻孔灌注桩技术,对此文章开展对高速公路软土路基加固处理方法的设计研究。在灌注桩施工前,完成钻孔、成孔和清孔工作。结合钻孔灌注桩技术,实现缩颈控制施工。通过导管注浆施工、钢筋笼下放施工完成加固处理。实践证明,新的加固处理方法的应用可以有效地控制软基沉降,提高公路建设的安全水平。 In view of the problem of excessive settlement in the construction of expressway on soft subgrade,which affects the subsequent construction quality and construction safety,the drilling and cast-in pile technology is introduced to carry out the design and research on the strengthening treatment method of expressway soft soil subgrade.Before the construction of cast-in-place pile,the work of drilling,forming and clearing holes should be completed.Combined with the technology of bored pile,the construction of neck shrinkage control is realized.The reinforcement is completed through the construction of pipe grouting and the construction of steel cage.The application of the new reinforcement treatment method can effectively control the settlement of soft foundation and improve the safety level of expressway construction.
