文章通过对核电厂备件采购管理的特点及过程进行分析,结合采购的5R控制,通过分析研究,提出了核电厂备件采购过程中的难点和关键控制点。在此基础上,提出了具体的解决方案,为后续核电厂备件采购存在的问题提出了初步的解决方向。

This paper analyzes the characteristics and process of nuclear power plant spare parts procurement management,combined with 5R control of procurement,and puts forward the diff iculties and key control points in the process of nuclear power plant spare parts procurement.On this basis,the concrete solution is put forward,and the preliminary solution direction is put forward for the problems existing in the procurement of spare parts for the subsequent nuclear power plant.
