摘要
目的研究基于护理信息系统的护理质量管理在耳鼻喉科临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法对我院耳鼻喉科2020年2月~2021年1月的临床护理质控成绩、护士满意度测评分数进行回顾性分析,按照全面上线护理信息系统辅助临床护理工作的时间截点分为观察组和对照组,并对“移动护理”和“护理管理”两个信息系统在辅助耳鼻喉科护理质量管理中发挥的作用、问题以及具体应用情况进行归纳和总结。结果基于护理信息的护理质量管理对耳鼻喉科护理质控成绩有明显提高,护士满意度提高,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论通过护理信息系统辅助护士工作有效的增加了护士直接护理工作的时间,优化工作流程,节省护理成本,减少护理差错,保证患者安全,提高护理质量,护理管理工作更科学和轻便,护士满意度增高。
Objective To study the effect of nursing quality management based on nursing information system in clinical nursing work of otolaryngology.Method A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical nursing quality control scores and nurse satisfaction evaluation scores of our hospital's otolaryngology department from February 2020 to January 2021.According to the cut-off point of the comprehensive launch of nursing information systems to assist clinical nursing work,they were divided into an observation group and a control group.The roles of"mobile nursing"and"nursing management"information systems in assisting otolaryngology nursing quality management were also evaluated and summarized.Results The results showed that nursing quality management based on nursing information significantly improved the quality control performance of otolaryngology nursing,and increased nurse satisfaction.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Assisting nurses with nursing information systems effectively increases their direct nursing time,optimizes work processes,saves nursing costs,reduces nursing errors,ensures patient safety,improves nursing quality,makes nursing management more scientific and lightweight,and increases nurses'satisfaction.
