良性阵发性位置性眩晕(Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)作为最常见的外周性眩晕疾病,分为特发性及继发性。目前关于继发性良性阵发性位置性眩晕的研究不少,本文就常见疾病引起的继发性良性阵发性位置性眩晕的发病机制、治疗方式、疗效、预后作一综述。

As the most common peripheral vertigo disease,benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is divided into idiopathic and secondary.At present,there are many clinical studies on secondary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,efficacy,and prognosis of secondary benign paroxysmal positional vertigo caused by common diseases.
