中医院校护理专业本科生自主学习能力与科研能力的相关性研究

Correlation between the Research Capacity and the Self-regulated Learning Ability of Undergraduate Nursing Students

摘要 目的了解中医院校护理专业本科生科研能力与自主学习能力的现状,并探索两者之间的相关性。方法采用科研能力自评量表、护理专业学生自主学习能力量表及自制的一般资料调查表对湖南省某中医院校512名护理专业本科生进行问卷调查。结果512名护理专业本科生科研能力总分为(48.00±18.20)分,自主学习能力总分为(102.18±9.96)分。是否喜欢本专业、是否对科研感兴趣、是否参与过科研协会或科研课题和是否准备读研的护理专业本科生之间的自主学习能力差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。护理专业本科生的科研能力总分及各维度得分与自主学习能力总分及其学习动机维度、自我管理能力维度和信息素质维度得分成显著正相关(均P<0.01)。结论中医院校护理专业本科生的科研能力与自主学习能力均居中等水平,两者成显著正相关。喜欢本专业、对科研感兴趣、参与过科研协会或科研课题对学生的自主学习能力有积极的影响。 Objective To investigate the level of undergraduate nursing students’research capacity and self--regulated learning ability,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods A total of 512 undergraduate nursing students in a Chinese Medicine College were investigated by using the Nursing Research Capacity of Self-Evaluation Questionnaire(NRC-SQ),the Self-regulated Learning Scale and Self-designed general situation questionnaire were used to investigate.Results The total NRC-SQ score of undergraduate nursing students was 48.00±18.20,the total Self-regulated Learning score of undergraduate nursing students was 120.18±9.96.There are statistically significant differences in score of the ability of Self-regulated learning among undergraduate nursing students if you liked the profession or not,interested in scientific research or not,participated in scientific research association or scientific research project or not and prepared to attend graduate school or not(P<0.01).The all dimensions scores and total score of NRC-SQ were all positively correlated with the total score of the ability of Self-regulated learning and the scores of its study motivation dimension,self-managed ability dimension and information literacy dimension(P<0.01).Conclusion The research capacity and self-regulated learning ability of nursing undergraduates in TCM colleges are in the middle level,and there is a significant positive correlation between them.Liking the major,being interested in scientific research,participating in scientific research projects or associations have positive effects on students’self-regulated learning ability.
