摘要
目的了解临床医学专业本科生对突发公共卫生事件及其应急策略的教学需求,为进一步开展相关课程教学改革提供参考依据。方法对本校2019级临床医学专业本科生发放自填式问卷进行调查。调查内容涉及基本情况、对突发公共卫生事件应急处理知识的态度、认为需具备的能力和知识、通过课程学习期望获得的信息、期待的课堂形式等。结果共有227名临床医学专业本科生参与了调查,91.2%认为掌握突发公共卫生事件相关知识重要;91.2%认为应对突发公共卫生事件最重要的是个人防护能力;88.6%认为参加突发公共卫生事件的应急处理必须具有卫生法学方面的知识;85.5%认为需要加强突发公共卫生事件应急处置内容中实践知识的学习,其中加强实践知识学习的方式支持率最高的是模拟应急演练;学生期望程度最高的教学形式是情景模拟(角色扮演)教学。结论大多数临床医学专业本科生对突发公共卫生事件相关理论及实践知识的教学需求较为强烈,学校应基于学生需求丰富教学内容和教学形式,加强临床医学专业本科生的应急能力培养。
Objective To understand the teaching needs of clinical medicine undergraduates on public health emergencies and their emergency strategies,and to provide a reference basis for further teaching reform of related courses.Methods A self-administered questionnaire was administered to our 2019 undergraduate clinical medicine students.It covered basic information,attitudes toward knowledge of emergency management of public health emergencies,required competencies and knowledge,information expected to be gained through the course,and expected classroom format.Results A total of 227 clinical medicine undergraduates participated in the survey.91.2%thought it was necessary to learn about public health emergencies;91.2%thought that the most important thing to participate in emergency response to public health emergencies was the ability to protect;88.6%thought it was necessary to have knowledge of health law to participate in emergency response to public health emergencies;85.5%thought it was necessary to strengthen practical knowledge in emergency response to public health emergencies,and the most supported way to strengthen practical knowledge was simulated emergency drills;the most desired classroom format of students was situational simulation(role play)teaching.Conclusion Most clinical medicine students have a strong demand for teaching knowledge and practical knowledge related to public health emergencies,and schools should enrich teaching contents and teaching forms based on students’needs to strengthen the emergency response capability training of clinical medicine students.
