摘要
文章设计的热管理控制装置试验方法是一种综合验证方法。其根据整车实际工况,设计模拟热管理系统中空调系统、电池、电机等热管理内循环工况;同时考虑热管理控制装置的外部温度、湿度、振动等环境条件。系统主要包括:热管理控制装置控制系统、热管理控制装置内循环工况模拟系统、外部环境条件加载系统和热管理控制装置性能测试系统。
The test method for the thermal management control device designed in the article is mainly based on the actual working conditions of the vehicle,and simulates the internal cycle working conditions of the thermal management system,such as the air conditioning system,battery and motor;A comprehensive verification method that simultaneously considers the external temperature,humidity,vibration and other environmental conditions of thermal management control devices.The system mainly includes:thermal management control device control system,thermal management control device internal cycle working condition simulation system,external environmental condition loading system,and thermal management control device performance testing system.
