燃料电池汽车绝缘故障排查

摘要 氢能源是新兴的绿色二次能源,以氢气作为能源的燃料电池汽车具有零排放、高效率、高可靠性、低噪声等优点,成为新能源汽车新发展点。绝缘电阻是燃料电池汽车的重要安全指标,对整车与人员安全有着重要影响。文章根据燃料电池汽车的实际应用,介绍燃料电池汽车绝缘监测原理与燃料电池系统绝缘电阻组成,梳理燃料电池汽车绝缘故障排查思路并归纳总结常见的燃料电池汽车绝缘故障,对燃料电池汽车设计研发与运营维护有一定参考作用。 Hydrogen energy is an emerging green secondary energy source.Fuel cell vehicles using hydrogen as energy source have the advantages of zero emission,high efficiency,high reliability and low noise,and have become a new development point for new energy vehicles.Insulation resistance is an important safety index of fuel cell vehicles,which has an important impact on vehicle and personnel safety.Based on the practical application of fuel cell vehicles,this paper introduces the insulation monitoring principle of fuel cell vehicles and the insulation resistance composition of fuel cell system,reviews the troubleshooting ideas of fuel cell vehicles insulation faults,and summarizes common insulation faults of fuel cell vehicles,which has a certain reference for the design,development,operation and maintenance of fuel cell vehicles.
