浅析汽轮机高压缸保温修复前后对燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组启动速率的影响

摘要 对F级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组汽轮机高压缸外缸上下温差变化的趋势进行原因分析,并提出处理措施。分析了汽轮机启动速度对整套联合循环机组启动速度和经济指标的影响,根据机组异常情况,由运行和检修专业人员联合分析并提出解决方法。 The trend of temperature difference changes between the upper and lower outer cylinders of the steam turbine high-pressure cylinder of the F-class gas-steam combined cycle unit was analyzed,and the treatment measures were proposed.The impact of steam turbine start-up speed on the start-up speed and economic indicators of the entire combined cycle unit was analyzed.Based on the abnormal situation of the unit,the operation and maintenance professionals jointly analyzed and proposed solutions.
