经颅交流电刺激提升不同人群运动学习记忆及运动表现的研究进展

摘要 近年来,以运动相关脑区为靶点的无创脑刺激提高运动学习记忆表现的研究日渐增多。经颅交流电刺激(tACS)作为一种无创的、非入侵性脑刺激技术之一,通过外在交流电夹带脑神经元引起脑振荡活动以调节神经元通信信号而广受关注。本文将t ACS在不同人群运动学习记忆及运动表现方面的研究予以综述,旨在为提升健康人群、运动障碍患者的运动学习记忆及改善运动表现提供新策略。 In recent years,research on non-invasive brain stimulation targeting motor-related brain areas to enhance motor learning memory performance has increased.Transcranial alternating current stimulation(tACS),as one of the non-invasive brain stimulation techniques,has garnered widespread attention for its ability to modulate neuronal communication signals through induced brain oscillatory activities via externally applied alternating currents.This review summarizes the studies on t ACS in enhancing motor learning memory and motor performance across different populations,aiming to provide new strategies for improving motor learning memory and enhancing motor performance in healthy individuals and those with movement disorders.
