基于车辆振动响应的道岔区结构性病害合理评价指标分析

摘要 为了更好地评估高速道岔结构不平顺,充分考虑车辆、转向架、轮对等关键部件弹性体振动模态影响及道岔部件间的相互约束关系,建立车辆-道岔系统柔性耦合动力学仿真模型,分析了尖轨及心轨典型结构病害(降低值偏差、不足位移)对振动响应的影响规律及敏感性指标,明确了针对典型结构病害的合理评价指标;结合大量检测数据的概率统计分析,给出了评价指标的通常控制值。结果表明:宜选取轮轨垂向力作为尖轨及心轨降低值偏差的评价指标,基本轨侧、直尖轨侧轮轨垂向力的通常管理值分别为65.0、67.7 kN;宜选取车体横向加速度作为尖轨及心轨不足位移偏差的评价指标,车体横向加速度的通常管理值为0.05g。 In order to better evaluate the structural irregularities of high speed turnouts,fully considering the influence of elastic body vibration modes of key components such as vehicle,bogie,and wheel,as well as the mutual constraint relationship between turnout components,a flexible coupling dynamic simulation model of the vehicle-turnout system was established.The influence laws and sensitivity indicators of typical structural disease of switch rails and point rails,which includes reduction value deviation and insufficient displacement,on vibration response were analyzed,and reasonable evaluation indicators for typical structural disease were clarified.Based on the probability statistical analysis of a large amount of detection data,the usual control values for evaluation indicators were provided.The results indicate that it is advisable to select the wheel-rail vertical force as the evaluation index for the deviation of the reduction values of the switch rails and point rails,The typical management values of the wheel-rail vertical force on the basic rail side and the straight point rail side are 65.0 kN and 67.7 kN,respectively.It is advisable to select the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body as the evaluation index for the insufficient displacement deviation of the switch rails and point rails.The usual management value for the lateral acceleration of the vehicle body is 0.05g.
