摘要
通过拉伸测试、晶间腐蚀测试、金相、扫描电镜及透射电镜观察研究了人工时效对含Sc的6005A合金微观组织、力学性能以及晶间腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,添加Sc可以有效的提升峰时效态6005A合金的拉伸性能(抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别可达366 MPa、334 MPa、15.4%),扫描断口呈塑性断裂特征。时效初期,晶间腐蚀敏感性随时效时长的增加而增加,直到峰时效晶间腐蚀敏感性达到最大,随后晶间腐蚀敏感性减弱。
The effects of artificial ageing on the microstructure and mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion properties of 6005A alloy containing Sc were investigated by tensile testing,intergranular corrosion testing,metallography,scanning electron micrography and transmission electron micrography.The results show that the addition of Sc can effectively improve the tensile properties(tensile strengths,yield strengths and elongation up to 366 MPa,334 MPa and 15.4%,respectively)of the peak-aged 6005A alloy,and the scanned fractures show plastic fracture characteristics.At the beginning of aging,the intergranular corrosion susceptibility increases with increasing aging time until the peak aging intergranular corrosion susceptibility reaches its maximum,and then the intergranular corrosion susceptibility decreases.
