摘要
在“双碳”目标及加快建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统背景下,常规电源占比逐渐降低,大规模集中式新能源和分布式电源接入增多,电网运行特性发生变化,除传统的频率、电压和功角等稳定之外,还有电力电子宽频震荡等问题。在常规储能系统上加装构网型装置,可起到快速调频调压、抑制宽频振荡等作用。基于此,本文首先对常规储能和构网型储能进行对比分析,发现构网型储能更适用于新型电力系统;其次分析构网型储能的技术原理;最后展望构网型储能在新型电力系统中的应用。
Against the backdrop of the"dual carbon"goal and accelerating the construction of a new type of power system with new energy as the main body,the proportion of conventional power sources is gradually decreasing,and the integration of large-scale centralized new energy and distributed power sources is increasing.The operating characteristics of the power grid have undergone new changes,in addition to the stability of traditional frequency,voltage,and power angle,there are also problems such as power electronic broadband oscillations.Installing a grid type device on a conventional energy storage system can play a role in fast frequency regulation and voltage regulation,as well as suppressing broadband oscillations.Based on this,this article first compared and analyzed conventional energy storage and grid type energy storage,then proposed that grid type energy storage is more suitable for new power systems;Secondly,analyzed the technical principles of grid type energy storage,and finally researched and proposed the application prospects of grid type energy storage in new power systems.
