以继发性高血压为首要表现的肢端肥大症1例

One case of acromegaly first diagnosed due to secondary hypertension

肢端肥大症是一种起病隐匿的慢性进展性内分泌疾病,可并发各种严重的心血管疾病。我科收治1例以继发性高血压为首要表现的肢端肥大症患者,现报告如下。

Acromegaly is a chronic,progressive endocrine disorder with a hidden onset,often accompanied by various severe cardiovascular conditions.We present one case of acromegaly where secondary hypertension was the primary manifestation upon admission to our department.Our objective is to investigate the features of secondary hypertension in acromegaly patients and provide a clinical basis for treatment.
