The specialization of academic journals in the new era is the general trend,so it is necessary to further study it.It is explored in the article based on division and advantage theory of economics.In the aspect of division of specialization,academic journals should accurately differentiate the market through differentiation strategy,closely combine the academic relationship of school,discipline relationship and editorial relationship,pay attention to the comprehensive application of multidisciplinary methods,realize the complementarity of the content structure of articles,and pay attention to the echo of the recent policies of articles.In terms of regional advantages,academic journals should take the unique regional culture,economy and ecological resources as the core;in terms of historical advantages,they should take the historical continuity of academic journals as the main consideration;in terms of industrial advantages,they should strengthen the supporting role for the development of the industry;in terms of platform advantages,they should utilize discipline platform,think tank platform,periodical(group)platform and communication platform to expand their influence.
