摘要
分析和了解浙江省包装饮用水食品安全抽检情况,从而针对性地对包装饮用水的生产提供建议,提高包装饮用水的抽检合格率。收集2019—2023年浙江省市场监督管理局发布的食品安全监督抽检信息公告,筛选出包装饮用水相关的抽检数据,对不合格项目进行分析。结果表明, 2019—2023年浙江省包装饮用水不合格率为6.11%,不合格项目包括铜绿假单胞菌、大肠菌群、溴酸盐、浑浊度、三氯甲烷、耗氧量、亚硝酸盐,主要集中在铜绿假单胞菌,占不合格总量的86.27%。从生产日期来看,铜绿假单胞菌不合格的包装饮用水主要集中在7—11月,占铜绿假单胞菌不合格总量的93.93%,从规格来看,主要集中在桶装饮用水,占96.21%。包装饮用水抽检情况整体较好,不合格主要集中在铜绿假单胞菌项目。抽检结果可为企业日常生产工作提供重点关注对象。
Analyze and understand the situation of food safety sampling of packaged drinking water in Zhejiang Province,so as to provide specific suggestions on the production of packaged drinking water,and to improve the qualified rate of packaged drinking water sampling.Collect the food safety supervision sampling inspection information announcement issued by Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration from 2019—2023,screen out the sampling inspection data related to packaged drinking water,and analyze the unqualified items.The results showed that from 2019 to 2023,the unqualified rate of packaged drinking water in Zhejiang Province was 6.11%,and the unqualified items included Pseudomonas aeruginosa,coliform,bromides,turbidity,trichloromethane,oxygen consumption,nitrites,mainly concentrated in Pseudomonas aeruginosa,accounting for 86.27%of the unqualified total.From the production date,the unqualified packaged drinking water of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was mainly concentrated in July to November,accounting for 93.93%of the total unqualified Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and from the specification point of view,it was mainly concentrated in bottled drinking water,accounting for 96.21%.The sampling of packaged drinking water is generally good,and the unqualified water is mainly concentrated in Pseudomonas aeruginosa project.The sampling results can provide the focus of attention for the daily production work of enterprises.
