摘要
新时代背景下,食品行业迫切谋求高质量发展,急需培养德才兼备的新食品人。这凸显食品类专业课程思政建设的重要实际意义。研究从课程思政建设背景出发,提出食品类专业课程思政建设的总体思路构想,并对实施途径进行探讨,确定了以“一体三联”培养模式为依托、构建“五位一体”思政建设的实施方案,旨在提升食品类专业课程思政建设的实效性。
Under the background of the new era,the food industry urgently seeks for high quality development and urgently needs to cultivate new food personnel with both virtue and ability.This highlights the important practical significance of ideological and political construction of food courses.This study starts from the background of curriculum ideological and political construction,puts forward the general idea of ideological and political construction of food professional courses,and discusses the implementation ways.And the implementation plan of“five-sphere integrated plan”ideological and political construction is determined based on the training mode of“one body and three ties”.In order to improve the effectiveness of curriculum ideological and political construction for food specialty.
