新时代背景下,食品行业迫切谋求高质量发展,急需培养德才兼备的新食品人。这凸显食品类专业课程思政建设的重要实际意义。研究从课程思政建设背景出发,提出食品类专业课程思政建设的总体思路构想,并对实施途径进行探讨,确定了以“一体三联”培养模式为依托、构建“五位一体”思政建设的实施方案,旨在提升食品类专业课程思政建设的实效性。
