摘要
“健康中国”战略、发展新质生产力均对食品产业人才素质提出更高要求,不仅要掌握扎实的专业技能,更要具备吃苦耐劳、踏实肯干的职业素养。着眼于将劳动教育元素融入食品专业课程思政,从而实现在传授学生专业知识的同时,锻炼学生劳动技能,培养学生劳动习惯,激发学生劳动创造力,提升学生劳动素养,增强职业认同感与荣誉感,从而培养更多的高素质技术技能人才、大国工匠、能工巧匠。
The“Healthy China”strategy and developing new quality productive force places higher demands on the quality of talent in the food industry,not only to master solid professional skills,but also to possess professional qualities such as being hardworking.Focus on integrate labor education elements into food professional curriculum ideological and political education,in order to not only impart students’professional knowledge,but also to exercise their labor skills,cultivate their labor habits,to stimulate their labor creativity,to enhance their labor literacy,to enhance their sense of professional identity and honor,and to cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents to work for“Healthy China”Strategy.
