“高级食品化学”课程思政教学探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Course Ideology and Politics in the Teaching of“Advanced Food Chemistry”

摘要 “高级食品化学”课程理论性和应用性强、涉及面广,在提高食品领域研究生人才培养质量方面具有重要的作用。文章通过对“高级食品化学”课程内容知识点进行仔细梳理,深入挖掘和提炼该专业课程知识点中所蕴含的思政元素,重构结合专业教育和思政教育的新型课程体系,在专业教育教学过程中同步实施思政教育,在不断的探索和实践中持续推进食品专业教育和思政教育的有机融合,以实现育人和育才相统一的课程目标,同时为食品领域相关的其他专业课程思政教育教学改革提供参考。 The course of“Advanced Food Chemistry”had strongly theoretical and applicable property and covered wide ranges,which played an important role in the improvement of the quality of postgraduate talents training in the food field.By carefully carding the knowledge points in the course of“Advanced Food Chemistry”,this paper deeply excavated and refined the ideological and political elements contained in the knowledge points of this major course,and reconstructed the new curriculum system by combining the professional education with the ideological and political education.During the teaching process of professional education,the ideological and political education for the course of“Advanced Food Chemistry”was simultaneously implemented.Moreover,the organic integration of food professional education with ideological and political education for the course of“Advanced Food Chemistry”was continuously promoted in the process of consistent exploration and practice to achieve the curriculum goal for educating both of people and talents and to provide a reference for the teaching reform of ideological and political education for other professional courses related to the food field.
