食品安全文化建设是食品安全管理中的重要组成部分,然而在这些年才被正式提出,所以对于食品行业从业者来说,食品安全文化是一个新概念。介绍食品安全文化的定义、涉及5个方面和关键内容,并以冷冻水产品加工企业食品安全文化建设为例,详细阐述食品企业应如何建设食品安全文化。因此,对食品企业的食品安全文化建设具有重要参考价值。
The construction of food safety culture is an important part of food safety management,but it has been put forward formally in these years,so for the food industry practitioners,food safety culture is a new concept.Introduce the definition,five aspects and key contents of food safety culture,and taking the construction of food safety culture in frozen aquatic product processing enterprises as an example,expound in detail how to construct food safety culture in food enterprises.Therefore,it provides important reference value for food safety culture construction of food enterprises.
