机采井间歇生产制度优化

摘要 为提高机采井间歇生产制度制定准确性,开展制度优化研究。选取试验井,通过测取并分析相关数据,在保持产液量稳定的前提下,机采井“提高冲次参数、降低生产时间”可有效降低能耗水平,最佳节能点一般出现在5~6次/min等较高冲次下,并明确其原因为冲次增加引起的能耗增加速率小于非连续生产引起的能耗降低速率。通过基本公式及相关数据研究分析,明确产量稳定点关系,并进一步给出机采井间歇制度的量化公式;同时,研究了关键技术指标“检泵周期”与冲次参数关系,进一步明确间歇生产提高后的冲次参数不宜超过5次/min。利用优化制度开展现场应用2010口井,两年时间累计节约电能7611.9×10^(4)kWh。开展间歇生产制度优化,可提高工作质量与效率,有效指导油田生产。 In order to improve the accuracy of intermittent production system of mechanical mining well,the research on system optimization is carried out.By selecting the test wells,the relevant data are measured and analyzed.Under the premise of maintaining the stability of liquid production,increasing the number of strokes and reducing production time of mechanical mining well can effectively reduce the energy consumption level,and the best energy conservation point appears at the higher stroke of 5~6 times per minute.The reason is that the energy consumption increase rate caused by the increase of the number of strokes is less than the energy consumption decrease rate caused by the discontinuous production.Based on the research and analysis of basic formula and related data,the relation of stable point of production is clarified and the quantitative formula of intermittent system of mechanical mining well is further given.At the same time,the relation between"pump checking cycle"of key technical index and the number of strokes is studied,and it is further clarified that the number of strokes should not exceed 5 times per minute after increasing intermittent production.Through utilizing and optimizing system,the field application of 2010 wells is carried out.During the two-year period,the cumulative electricity savings amounts to 7611.9×10^(4)kWh.The optimization of intermittent production system can improve work quality and efficiency and effectively guide oilfield production.
