摘要
当压裂施工完成后,常规起下油管管柱作业过程中,井口油管内会喷出返排液,其中有大量污油污水落地,对生态环境造成了污染,且喷出后回收难度大,容易造成二次污染。目前,大庆油田长垣内部采用封堵“侧壁出口”的防喷方式应用效果不理想,经常发生返排液溢出的事故。随着人们对环境越来越重视,其压裂管柱油管内溢流的控制成为重要解决问题。基于此对最新的研究成果进行归纳整理,首先分析压裂管柱管内喷液问题的主要原因、防喷工艺的设计难点,其次归纳出主要的封堵思路,具体针对压裂管柱油管内防喷的技术难点设计了新型凡尔喷砂器,将凡尔功能由原来的压前承压、压缩弹簧、压后密封喷砂口重新定位为压前承压、压缩弹簧两项,杜绝了喷砂器出砂口密封执行部件磨损严重导致油管内喷液的现象。进行现场试验15口井,共节约环保费用530.1万元。为大庆油田的油管内防喷技术提供了确实可行的解决办法。
After the completion of fracturing construction,the backflow liquid will be sprayed out by wellhead oil pipe in the course of the conventional lifting and lowering of the oil pipe operation,and a large amount of dirty oil and sewage will fall to the ground,causing pollution to the ecological environment.Moreover,it is difficult to recover oil after spraying out,which is easy to cause secondary pollution.At present,the application effect of spray prevention method of blocking the“side-wall outlet”in the Changyuan of Daqing oilfield is not ideal,and the accidents of backflow liquid overflow often occur.As people pay more and more attention to the environment,controlling the overflow inside the fracturing tubing has become an important solution.Based on this,the latest research results are summarized and organized.First,the technical difficulty of main reasons and spray prevention process for the spraying problem in the fractured tubing internal blowout prevention are analyzed.Second,the main sealing ideas are summarized,and the new vale sandblasters are designed for the technical difficulties in preventing spray inside the pipe of the fracturing tube.The function of vale is redefined from the original pre-pressure pressure,compression spring,and post-pressure sand blasting opening to prepressure pressure,compression spring,which eliminates the phenomenon of spraying liquid in the oil pipe due to severe wear of the sealing parts of sandblaster outlet.The field test of 15 wells saves a total of 5301000 yuan in environmental protection process,which provides a feasible solution for preventing spray technology inside the pipe in Daqing oilfield.
