乡村振兴视域下乡村教师文化身份的价值及其实现

The Value of Rural Teachers'Cultural Identity and Its Realization from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

摘要 随着乡村振兴战略的推进,乡村教师在乡村社会的巨大变革中出现了文化身份的价值迷失。社会文化治理结构、乡土文化和乡村教师个体身份在乡村教师文化身份的价值实现中具有不同的影响和意义,然而乡村教师因其所处的文化场域的特殊性使其在社会转型中的文化身份认同面临着不同的困境,有待突破。乡村教师文化身份价值的重建,需要提升乡村教师社会地位,助推乡村教师专业发展;提升乡村教师乡土情感,强化其职业认同感;唤醒乡村教师文化自信,重塑其社会文化地位。从而,使乡村教师的文化身份认同能够在社会转型中得到基本而深刻的确立,真正唤醒其文化身份存在的价值。 With the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy,rural teachers have lost their cultural i-dentity in the great changes of rural society.The governance structure of social culture,local culture and the indi-vidual identity of rural teachers have different influences and meanings in the realization of the value of rural teach-ers'cultural identity.However,due to the particularity of their cultural field,rural teachers'cultural identity in the social transformation is facing different difficulties and needs to be broken through.To rebuild the value of rural teachers'cultural identity,it is necessary to enhance the social status of rural teachers and promote their profes-sional development;to enhance rural teachers'local emotions and strengthen their professional identity;to awaken their cultural confidence and reshape their social and cultural status.Thus,the cultural identity of rural teachers can be basically and profoundly established in the process of social transformation,and the value of their cultural i-dentity can be truly awakened.
