摘要
明晰学习者知识采纳影响因素作用机制,有助于理解其学习行为过程,完善社区功能,加强社区对学习者的服务和管理。使用爬虫抽取了知乎4万余条数据,在知识采纳模型、理性行为理论和相关文献指导下,通过DNN语言模型、PageRank算法、BILSTM+ATTENTION+DNN模型等测量了重要影响要素的具体得分,并使用负二项回归对影响因素进行了详细分析。社区存在明显的“同伴效应”,“回复时间、话题圈影响力”等因素具有“双刃剑”效应,“信息可理解性”具有“边际效应”,信息完备性、信息生动性、信息表露、知识共享情况具有正效应,“交互过程”维度的多数要素易波动和不稳定,其抑制与促进作用有赖于各要素的协同情况。其他维度要素具有更强的稳定性。未来可从构建多样化的激励机制,完善社区功能建设,构建个性化服务体系等方面,推进在线教育的智慧化发展。
Clarifying the mechanism of influencing factors of learners'knowledge adoption is helpful to under-stand their learning behavior process,improve the function of the community,and strengthen the service and man-agement ability of the community to learners.This paper uses crawler technology to extract more than 40000 pieces of data.Under the guidance of KAM,TRA and relevant literature,the specific scores of important influencing fac-tors are measured through DNN language model,PageRank algorithm,BILSTM+ATTENTION+DNN model,and the influencing factors are analyzed in detail by negative binomial regression.There is an obvious"Peer Effect"in the community,and factors such as"reply time and influence of topic circle"have a"double-edged sword"effect,"information comprehensibility"has a"marginal effect",and information completeness,information vivid-ness,information disclosure and knowledge sharing have a positive effect.Most of the elements of the"interactive process"dimension are prone to fluctuation and instability,and their inhibition and promotion depend on the syner-gy of other elements,while the elements of other dimensions are more stable.In the future,we can promote the in-telligent development of online education by building a diversified incentive mechanism,improving the construction of community functions,and building a personalized service system.
