摘要
人工智能时代的学校教育正在发生反转性变化,教师的主体时间可能面临多重困境。在人工智能技术作用下,教师主体时间由技术制造出“快节奏”的时间客体化身,催生出“慢生活”的时间主体形式。本文基于社会加速批判理论视角,分析人工智能技术加速背景下教师主体时间的异化风险:情感互动的时间消弭,教师身份认同的时间剥夺,身心分离的时间弥散,教师感官体验的时间贫乏,主体存在的时间流逝。为规避智能时代教师的主体时间异化风险,应遵循人本取向的智能技术设计,平衡教师工作时间的快慢秩序,优化数字化时代下教师能力结构。
Schooling in the age of artificial intelligence is undergoing a reversal of change,and teachers may face multiple dilemmas with their subject time.Under the role of artificial intelligence technology,the teacher's subject time takes on the form of a"fast-paced"time object incarnation and a""slow-living"time subject.Accord-ing to Rosa's social acceleration critique,analyzing the risk of alienation of teachers'subjective time in the context of the acceleration of artificial intelligence technologies:elimination of time for emotional interaction,deprivation of time for teacher identity,dispersion of time for physical and mental separation,impoverishment of time for teach-ers'sensory experience,and loss of time for subject presence.In order to prevent and solve the time dilemma of teachers in the smart era,we should follow the human-oriented approach to develop smart technologies that meet teachers'needs,pay attention to teachers'main time and coordinate the fast and slow order of daily work,and highlight the optimization and improvement of teachers'professional ability under technology empowerment.
