铁皮石斛多糖抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘要 铁皮石斛多糖作为铁皮石斛主要活性成分,具有增强免疫、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等多方面的作用,近年来在抗肿瘤领域备受关注。研究发现铁皮石斛多糖能抑制胃癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、结直肠癌、宫颈癌等癌症进展。其抗肿瘤作用机制涉及抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤血管生成、调控自噬、抑制肿瘤转移、调控肿瘤微环境、促进肿瘤相关巨噬细胞M1极化,抗氧化、增强免疫、改善肠道菌群等,关联到多个信号通路,如NF-κB、ROS、AMPK、PI3K、Akt/mTOR、STAT6/PPAR-r、JAGGED1/NOTCH1、Wnt等,在抗肿瘤治疗领域前景广阔。本文综述了铁皮石斛多糖在肿瘤方面的研究进展,旨在为铁皮石斛多糖在抗肿瘤应用方面的开发提供参考。 As the main active ingredient of Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo,Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide has the effects of enhancing immunity,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and so on.It has received extensive attention in the anti-tumor field in recent years.Studies have shown that Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides can inhibit the progression of gastric cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,lung cancer,colorectal cancer,cervical cancer and other cancers.Its anti-tumor effect works by inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,blocking tumor cell cycle,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor angiogenesis,regulating autophagy,inhibiting tumor metastasis and regulating tumor microenvironment to promote M1 polarization of tumor-related macrophages.In addition,it can also exert anti-tumor effects through combating oxidation,enhancing immunity and improving intestinal flora.Its anti-tumor mechanism involves multiple signaling pathways,such as NF-κB,ROS,AMPK,PI3K,Akt/mTOR,STAT6/PPAR-r,JAGGED1/NOTCH1,Wnt,etc.Dendrobium officinale polysaccharide,thus,has broad prospects in the field of anti-tumor therapy.This paper reviews the research progress of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides in tumors,aiming to provide evidence for the development of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides in anti-tumor applications.
