乡村教师在地化发展:基本内涵与实施路径

摘要 破除乡村教师发展路径依赖,促进乡村教师高质量发展,是乡村教育振兴的核心议题,也是乡村振兴的重要支撑。在地化教育理论旨在促进乡村教育可持续发展,将城乡教育的非均衡性短板转化为差异化特色。根据在地化教育理论,乡村教师在地化发展应立足在地可持续发展、基于在地场域、参与在地互动、回归在地生活。推进乡村教师在地化发展,需要系统迭代乡村教师政策,厚植地方乡土情感;构建“U+G+R+S”教师教育体系,提升在地化教育能力;建构多元在地互动机制,营造良好育人生态;打造数字化网络空间,链接城乡全域资源。 The elimination of the dependence on the development of rural teachers and the facilitation of their high-quality progress constitute the core issue in the revitalization of rural education.,as well as a significant underpinning for rural revitalization.The theory of place-based education is designed to advance the sustain-able development of rural education and transmute the imbalanced deficiency of urban and rural education into the feature of differentiation.In consonance with the tenets of the theory of place-based education,the develop-ment of rural teachers in-place should focus on the sustainable development of in-place,based on in-place,pay attention to in-place interaction and return to in-place life.To facilitate the localized development of rural teachers,it is necessary to optimize the rural teacher policy from the supply side,fortify the deep-seated rural sentiment of rural teachers,and establish a teacher education system of“U+G+R+S”to enhance the ability of lace-based education,to construct a diversified local interaction mechanism to create a good education ecolo-gy;and to forge a digital network space to interconnect urban and rural resources.
