摘要
主要通过使用高固低黏的UV树脂搭配UV单体减少有机溶剂添加量,以及添加一定比例的高官能度聚氨酯和深层光引发剂来实现深层固化的交联密度,通过对光引发剂的复配与不同比例的添加,来进一步降低固化后气味。同时对层间连涂测试以及在配方设计时遇到的一些其他需要注意事项做了介绍。
Mainly by using high-solid and low-viscosity UV resins combined with UV monomers to reduce the dosage of organic solvents,and adding a certain proportion of high-functional polyurethane and deep photoinitiators,the cross-linking density of deep curing is achieved.By compounding photoinitiators and adding different proportions,the odor after curing is further reduced.At the same time,the interlayer continuous coating test and some other precautions encountered in formula design are introduced.
