子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病聚焦超声消融手术术后中医辨证治疗

Syndrome differentiation and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis after focused ultrasound ablation surgery

聚焦超声消融手术(focused ultrasound ablation surgery,FUAS)治疗子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病的疗效确切,已广泛应用于临床。由于这两种疾病的特点,使得所有保留子宫的治疗均存在复发可能,术后的药物联合治疗和长期管理尤为重要。目前,在FUAS术后除了常配合使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)、左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)或地诺孕素外,中医药干预也显示了其疗效优势。文章就中医药在子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病FUAS术后的应用进行阐述及讨论。

FUAS(focused ultrasound ablation surgery)has a definite therapeutic effect on uterine fibroids and adenomyosis,and has been widely used in clinical practice.Due to the characteristics of the two diseases,there is a possibility of recurrence in all treatments that preserve the uterus,and postoperative drug combination therapy and long-term management are particularly important.At present,in addition to the commonly used combination of Gn RH-a,LNG-IUS,or denogestrin after FUAS surgery,the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine has also shown its therapeutic advantages.This article elaborates and discusses the application of traditional Chinese medicine after FUAS surgery for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis.
