针灸治疗偏头痛的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating migraine

偏头痛是一种常见神经系统疾病,发病人数不断上升。偏头痛临床尚无有效的治疗手段,西药治疗虽能短期改善症状,但副作用较大,易复发。针灸是中医学的重要内容,为进一步总结针灸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效,笔者收集近年来针灸治疗偏头痛的文献,对偏头痛的中医病机及针灸治疗偏头痛的临床应用进行综述。

Migraine is a common neurological disorder,with an increasing number of cases.There is no effective treatment for migraine in clinical practice.Although Western medicine treatment can improve symptoms in the short term,it has significant side effects and is prone to recurrence.Acupuncture and moxibustion is an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In order to further summarize the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating migraine,we collected the literature on acupuncture and moxibustion in recent years,and reviewed the pathogenesis of migraine in traditional Chinese medicine and the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating migraine.
