目的针对医疗行业的要求,探讨加强医德医风的有效做法。方法结合医院医德医风管控的重难点,对涉及到相关联的现象,列出考评范围并与个人利益和荣誉挂钩,以系列教育引导为主,从而规范医务人员的行为。结果通过开展医德医风系列活动,起到警示与教育作用,纠纷投诉的少了,送锦旗、表扬信的多了,患者就医体验感明显提升。结论通过坚持抓考核,重奖励严处罚,行风建设有了突破进展,方法可行,做法可复制,得到社会的认可。

Objective According to the requirements of medical industry,the effective ways to strengthen medical ethics were discussed.Methods Combining the important and difficult points in the control of hospital medical ethics and ethics,the scope of evaluation is listed for related phenomena and linked with personal interests and honors,with a series of education and guidance,so as to standardize the behavior of medical staff.Results By carrying out a series of activities on medical ethics,it has played a role in warning and education,fewer disputes and complaints,more sending banners and letters of commendation,and patients’medical experience has been significantly improved.Conclusion By adhering to the assessment,heavy reward and strict punishment,the construction of fashion has made breakthrough progress,the method is feasible,the practice can be copied,and it is recognized by the society.
