专科护理联合饮食营养指导对糖尿病患者自我管理及营养状况的影响

Effects of specialist nursing combined with dietary nutrition guidance on self-management and nutritional status of diabetic patients

目的探究专科护理联合饮食营养指导对糖尿病患者自我管理及营养状况的影响。方法收集北京市昌平区医院营养科2022年1月-2023年10月治疗的80例糖尿病患者,采用随机对照形式将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(专科护理联合饮食营养指导),每组各40例,比较护理效果。结果护理后观察组自我护理能力良好率更高,较差率更低(P<0.05),空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白更低(P<0.05),血清总蛋白、白蛋白更高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者接受专科护理联合饮食营养指导的形式能够改善自我管理能力,提高遵医行为,个体化的营养内容有助于提高营养水平,利于血糖的控制,促进代谢能力,从而维护患者健康。

Objective To explore the effects of specialist nursing combined with dietary nutrition guidance on self-management and nutritional status of diabetic patients.Methods 80 diabetic patients treated in the Department of Nutrition from January 2022 to October 2023 were collected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(specialized nursing combined with dietary nutrition guidance)in a randomized controlled form,with 40 cases in each group,and the nursing effects were compared.Results After nursing,the good rate of self-care ability was higher,the poor rate was lower(P<0.05),the fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower(P<0.05),and the total serum protein and albumin were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The form of specialist nursing combined with dietary nutrition guidance for diabetic patients can improve selfmanagement ability and improve compliance behavior.Individualized nutrition content helps improve nutritional level,is conducive to blood glucose control,and promotes metabolic capacity,thus maintaining the health of patients.
