肠内营养泵对胃癌术后患者营养状况、胃肠功能及胃肠道并发症的影响

Effect of enteral nutrition pump on nutritional status,gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal complications in postoperative patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨肠内营养泵对胃癌术后患者营养状况、胃肠功能及胃肠道并发症的影响。方法选取2022年1月-2024年1月收治的100例胃癌手术患者,随机分成两组,每组各50例。两组术后均进行肠内营养支持,对照组采取分次推注鼻饲,研究组采取肠内营养泵持续鼻饲。对比两组营养指标、免疫功能指标、血清炎性因子指标、并发症发生率、恢复时间、生活质量。结果干预后,研究组各营养、免疫功能指标远高于对照组;研究组各血清炎性因子远低于对照组;研究组并发症发生率远低于对照组;研究组术后各恢复时间均短于对照组;研究组生活质量各维度得分较对照组高。结论肠内营养泵持续鼻饲能够增强胃癌患者术后营养状况,减少炎症反应和并发症发生率,提升生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral nutrition pump on nutritional status,gastrointestinal function and gastrointestinal complications in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,100 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups.After operation,the two groups were given enteral nutrition support,the control group was given nasal feeding,the study group was given enteral nutrition pump.The nutritional index,immune function index,serum inflammatory factor index,complication rate,recovery time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the indexes of nutrition and immune function in the study group were much higher than those in the control group,the serum inflammatory factors in the study group were much lower than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the study group was much lower than that in the control group.The recovery time in the study group was much shorter than that in the control group,and the quality of life in the study group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Continuous nasal feeding with enteral nutrition pump can improve the nutritional status,reduce inflammatory reaction and complications,and improve the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.
